注重实效、“大小适中”办好美兰区街道、社区新建终端站点管理员培训班

<div class=TRS_Editor><div class="TRS_PreAppend" style="overflow-x: hidden; word-break: break-all"> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 18pt; text-align: left" align="left"><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312"><font style="line-height: 175%">根据《关于开展全省党员干部现代远程教育街道、社区新建站点管理员培训工作的通知》（琼远办通<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">[2012]14</span>号）的要求，美兰区委组织部于<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">10</span>月<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">23</span>日至<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">25</span>日，完成了辖区内<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">9</span>个街道，<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">53</span>个社区，<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">63</span>个新建站点的管理员培训工作任务。整个培训工作注重实效，呈现“大小适中”的特点。</font></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 18pt; text-align: left" align="left"><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312"><font style="line-height: 175%">一、思想重视，认识到位，明确“两个大”。一是责任重大。我区有<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">121</span>个终端站点，新建站点有<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">63</span>个，占总数一半以上。我区远教工作的好坏很大程度取决于这些新建终端站点的工作。这些站点工作要开展得好，管理员的思想认识和业务知识就必须要跟得上工作要求。因此，这次培训工作突显责任重大。二是力度要大，新建终端站点管理员均是基层工作人员，一身兼数职，工作繁杂琐碎。要合理加大培训力度，才能确保取得实效。</font></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 18pt; text-align: left" align="left"><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312"><font style="line-height: 175%">二、下到基层，直面学员，办好“小”培训。针对基层工作的特点，这次培训不采取集中全部新建站点管理员到一起，搞“一堂过”。而是下到<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">9</span>个街道，办<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">9</span>期培训。每期培训班时间为一小时，学员不超过<span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 175%">10</span>个，这样“小”的培训更类似一场座谈会，就是在这良好的学习氛围内，来自基层一线的管理员能够静得下，听得进，学得懂。每期培训结束前均发放调查问卷，并逐一咨询管理员，当场答疑解惑。四个镇的社区数量少，除了大致坡镇有三个社区外，其余镇均只有一个社区，培训由镇工作站负责人一对一地进行。</font></span></p><font style="line-height: 175%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 宋体"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">三、以通为先，以用为本，培训内容“适中”。这次培训以新发的《党员干部现代远程教育终端站点操作读本》为主要内容。为了达到注重实效的培训目的，对主要内容进行了梳理，浓缩成</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">10</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">个关键词：“教育、实惠、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">4760</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">121</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">5000</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; line-height: 175%; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">、从哪来、三大件、进度条、故障、手册”。培训中减少理论政策、专业术语等内容，增加设备操作、故障排除和填写《学习管理手册》等“中用”的内容。特别是针对填写《学习管理手册》，印发了填写范本，统一填写的标准。经过培训，学员均明确了今后的工作内容和掌握了工作方法。</span></font></div></div>
